Democrat Lawyer Launches ‘Lawfare’ Plan To Prevent Trump Victory
Marc Elias, a Democratic lawyer, has filed over 60 lawsuits before the 2024 election, aiming to prevent Donald Trump from winning, citing Republican voter suppression tactics like voter ID requirements as discriminatory.
Elias has also warned election officials in swing states about legal actions if they challenge voter rolls.
If Trump wins, Elias plans to contest results with over 75 lawyers for recounts in key states.
